We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, complete your creator profile, submit forms, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the Services. This includes your name, email address, username, profile photograph, social media handles, platform follower counts, content niche preferences, location (country and city), and payment or billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access or use our Services. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies as further described in our Cookie Policy.
When you connect third-party social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X) to your 100CLAN profile, we may collect publicly available information from those platforms including your profile data, follower counts, engagement metrics, and public content. We only collect the data necessary to provide the matching and analytics features of our platform and do so in accordance with those platforms' terms and our permissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the 100CLAN platform and Services. Specifically, we use your data to: create and manage your account; power our creator matching algorithm; facilitate collaborations between creators; process payments and manage subscriptions; send you platform notifications, updates, and administrative messages; and respond to your support inquiries.
We use aggregated and anonymised data to generate analytics and insights that improve the platform experience for all users. For example, we may analyse collaboration outcomes across niche categories to improve our matching recommendations. We may also use your information to send you marketing communications about new features, partnership opportunities, and events, you may opt out of these at any time via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any email.
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, processing necessary to provide the Services you have requested; (b) legitimate interests, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and platform improvements; (c) consent, marketing communications and optional data sharing; and (d) legal obligations, compliance with applicable law. 100CLAN does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your private data with advertisers for behavioural targeting without your explicit consent. Your creator profile information (name, handle, niche, platform presence, and publicly listed metrics) is visible to other verified creators on the platform as part of the core matching and community features. You control which additional details appear on your public profile through your privacy settings.
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform. These include cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (Stripe), email service providers, analytics tools, and customer support software. All service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in a manner consistent with this policy and to implement appropriate security measures. We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 100CLAN, our users, or the public. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as billing and transaction records, which we retain for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable financial regulations).
Certain aggregated, anonymised data derived from your use of the platform may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you individually. Data stored in our backup systems will be purged according to our standard backup rotation schedule, typically within 90 days of the deletion of the primary record.

These measures include TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, access controls and role-based permissions, regular security audits and penetration testing, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access to our systems.

Please use a strong, unique password for your 100CLAN account, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings, and be cautious about phishing attempts. 9. Children's Privacy
100CLAN is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for an account or submit any personal information through the Services. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information immediately.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@100clan.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information and terminate any account associated with that child. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users in the United States and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
For users between the ages of 16 and 18, we recommend that a parent or guardian review this Privacy Policy before the minor uses the Services. Some features of the platform, particularly those related to commercial deal management, may require users to confirm that they are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction or have appropriate guardian consent.
